Camp Counsellors
Elmwood School is looking for mature, self-confident, team-oriented individuals to work at our summer camp for girls. Applicants must enjoy working with children, have current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification, and provide a police check.
Other important attributes include:
- Camp counselling and/or teaching experience
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate and creative
- Active and outgoing
Job overview: Counsellors will plan and lead activities, and interact with campers (ages 5-14 years) in a way that maximizes the enjoyment of all while maintaining a safe, secure environment. Counsellors will also assist in the set-up for all activities and clean-up upon completion.
Counsellors will be provided with:
- Competitive wages
- 6-11 weeks of employment
- 1 week of paid training
